Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in combat sports. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing boxing, and wrestling prior to her debut as an amateur at WCFC aged 18. Ladd built on this victory and began a 3 fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round in each fight. Ladd went back to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous verdict. Aspen was already defeated Silvia Baeghian and Maddy Simmons, before taking against Cynthia Calvillo. Cynthia was able to hand Aspen a unanimous defeat and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's professional career. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her amateur record from 8-1 to 8-1. Aspen was a pro-fighter for the first time in the year 2015, when she signed as a player with Invicta FC. Invicta Aspen fought Ana Carolina Vidal in Invicta 2011 and won via one-round TKO. Invicta fought her at Bantamweight and won via armbar submission during the second round. Aspen utilized her formidable wrestling skills to take down McGill and ended her fight via the third round TKO(elbows and punches). She next fought Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18 in the weight class of catchweight(138.1lb) because Ladd did not reach her weight, but Aspen was a dominant Hoy and defeated her in the second round by KO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to make her debut. She took on Linalansberg in UFC Fight Night 118. She was a step ahead of Lina and then pounded her on the ground in the second round to secure a TKO victory. She maintained her dominance as she picked up an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger at UFC 229 with her next fight. Ladd beat Evinger with a punch during the initial round, and earned a performance of the night bonus. Ladd fought in her debut big fight at The UFC Fight Night dos Anjos Vs. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd won the night's main event fight bonus, after both fighters had a fierce back and forth battle. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie was able to finish the fight in just 16 seconds and end Ladd and her winning streak. Yana Knitskaya, in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's final round, lost to Randamie. As a replacement She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. It was a unanimous decision against her.
