Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. I am most well-known through my Instagram page @annephung. In this blog, I will share my life story. The highs, the lows, and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. In the age of one and a quarter, I joined my parents. As I knew I could achieve a better future I set out to succeed and make my parents proud. It was my plan to attend school to graduate, and then get an excellent job. Then I wanted to have a family and a wife. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. However, life was not so keen on my thoughts. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job the money and status did not bring me joyand I was feeling like I was wasting my life away for a paycheck when I knew I was destined for something more. I was passionate about working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I found my calling in personal training. In 2014 I started my own business, and in the 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th anniversary. There are few Asian women working in this industry. My mission in this field is to create a more durable and healthy lifestyle that can meet the demands of my clients. Also, I strive to inspire individuals to follow their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. When my business was taking the air and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of everything. In Heaven she rests now after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. However, I carry my Mom with me and dream of her every day. It's amazing how the world can give us the exact lessons we need even if we aren't aware of it. Her passing has changed my life in many different ways. It is my belief that her passing gave me an opportunity to begin a new chapter. Her death occurred in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I had my second chance at living a happy and fulfilled life. What I'm experiencing as I enter my 30s, is a sense of awe and vitality. It's like I'm truly living instead of just being. In sharing the tale of my life, it is with the intention that people can relate to my feelings and thoughts. It is to know that they are not alone. It is also a sign of genuine love. Also that therapy is necessary and is not abnormal. In the end, your health is your biggest wealth. Only one life is yours. I hope you be the best version of yourself.
